The Aether MCLK is DENAFRIPS' flagship master clock generator, designed for high-end audio applications. Our goal is to push the boundaries of audio equipment. Clock quality is crucial for superior sound quality; lower jitter, phase noise, and stability generally translate to better sound quality in digital audio equipment.
The Aether features high-precision oven-controlled crystal oscillators (45.1548MHz and 49.152MHz), surpassing the Terra MCLK. The OCXO is powered by a high-current, multi-stage linear power supply and an oversized Type-0 transformer.
We've invested significant effort in optimizing the power supply's performance factors—low noise, high slew rate, and high current. These factors provide ample DC power to the OCXO, resulting in excellent thermal stability and low crosstalk.
MCLK1/2/3/4 clock-out frequencies can be manually configured via the intuitive front panel to suit a variety of applications.
